DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform makeup activities according to company standards, including tattoo coverage, to ensure your readiness and flawless appearance in front of the camera
• Proactively and on request, retouch makeup and hairstyles. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of work tools and workspace
• Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories. Ensure proper storage and usage of equipment
• Train employees on company standards for appearance
• Communicate effectively through company channels to track and report on makeup and hairstyling activities
• Create a pleasant experience for employees by maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language during interactions
• Respond promptly to requests and issues communicated through company channels during working hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Serbian and English both verbal and written
• Minimum 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application
• PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures
• Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently
• Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for on-camera or broadcast settings
• Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts.
