HR Manager - Spanish & English - Mexico City
Position: HR Manager
Location: Mexico city, Mexico
Work model: on-site
Employment type: full time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement regional recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent using a blend of traditional methods and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Build and sustain a robust talent pipeline through channels such as professional networks, job boards, academic partnerships, industry events, recruitment agencies, referral programs, and digital campaigns.
- Strengthen employer branding through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and personalized communication.
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics to continuously refine recruitment strategies.
- Stay current on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and regional best practices.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and proficiency in English (B2). Fluency in Portuguese will be considered as an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a regional or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for commercial or business development roles across a wide geographic area.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities, with experience using various recruiting platforms and tools.
- Creative and strategic approach to candidate attraction and recruitment campaign development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruiting technologies.
- Background in financial services, brokerage, or a similar industry would be considered an advantage.
- Preferably knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations within the region.
