Account Development Representative – French Language – Dublin, Ireland

As an Account Development Representative (French-speaking) in Dublin, you will be a key member of our international sales team. Your main mission will be to identify and engage with potential business customers across French-speaking regions, qualify leads, and create new opportunities for our account executives. You’ll play a vital role in driving business growth and representing our brand to both new and existing clients. Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: Hybrid, at least 3 days per week at the office (after training)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges
• Engage with potential clients via various communication channels
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate the value of the products and services to prospective clients
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace
• Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs
• Design, present, and execute market campaigns, while reporting results to internal teams
• Stay informed about the client’s products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in French (C1 level), and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry
• Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales technologies is preferred
• Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts
• Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline
